Well I had to work all day today and i am still at it. I wanted to finish this blog with some updates. I had a tough weekend with running both classes. Out of 4 quals I only got in 1 sedan run and it was the last one. I ended up qualifing 2nd and was leading the final till a wheel came off and then I stripped a rear belt. In 1/8 scale I was going back and forth with TQ and ended up also qualifing 2nd in this class. I was on a good run about 3-4 seconds back from the leader and all of a sudden a lost a rear dog bone. Wierd since I did not touch anything, but I guess thats racing. Not really the results I was hoping for, however I was happy that 2 of my friends won there first big race. Also to note; they were both running Twister Tires.

I will try to do this more often if people want. At least for the bigger races I attend.

Just got home from a very busy weekend of racing. I am really beat and will update the results tomorow. I need some sleep.

Well, today we got the get on the track. The track was dry around 3:30pm and they opened up the track for practise. First sedan and the 1/8 scale. Due to the low turn out the time is very limited with tring to run 2 classes and haveing to turn mashall for those 2 races. That leaves me one race to get both cars ready and help some friends, not much time really. I was only able to run the sedan and it was so bacd that I had to work on it and skip 1/8 scale track time.

For the one round of today's qualifier I first had sedan. The changes I made to the car we not good. The car was impossible to drive and I ended up hitting a chicane and just pulled it off the track before I really broke the car. For 1/8 scale I restricted the motor to try to make run time. It was quit flat and on the last 2 laps it started to run out of gas. I was able to finish on fumes and actually got the TQ for 1/8 scale. The car had a really bad push and carried no corner speed, so I had a lot of work ahead of me. For the over results I was TQ in 1/8 and DNF in sedan.

Tomorrow we are running 3 rounds of qualifiers and the mains. I redid my sedan to make it better and also made so changes to the 1/8 scale. Tomorrow I will try to change the Flash for a faster motor and hope it makes time.

Well it rained all day today. We did not get any track time. It rained all day and is still raining. Hopefully we will get to race tomorrow. Being here and not racing is like being in a candy store as a kid and not being able to eat any. Oh yea, I run the Altis body. I got an Xceed audi to test, but have not had a chance to try it. Maybe tomorrow I will see. The thing here is that no one in the US is going to make them Roar legal, so it is tough to put a lot of time into testing it. I am doing it more to see the difference and possible use it at the sedan Worlds. Anyways I will update tomorrow.

Yeah, except for the rain the weather here in Florida is always nice. It is going to get chilly starting today. Maybe we will see the 60's. Hahahahahaha

It is now 6:30 in the morning and I am up like always. I walked out of the hotel room and the ground is supper wet. Looks like today might be a walsh out. Man I hope not! Might have to go see a movie with the wife instead.

The good thing is that the track comes back pretty quick, so I will hope for some sun throughout the day.
