Most of you that read my ramblings on the 3Hobby site will know I'm a big fan of Serpent's 733. I've only run it a few times unfortunately as my time is limited, but when I do, it brings a big smile to my face. As winter stops me from running outdoors I found some time to share a few building tips with you. The car goes together very well so no biggies there but the following tips may be helpfull.

Last weekend I unretired myself. Again! I guess I just need to learn that quitting this sport is not a viable option. As fate would have it the European Championship 1/12th stock spec was moved from the originally planned venue in the south of Holland to the indoor track of the MACH my home club. As I had been running a bit of practice with the Serpent S120 I decided I could not let this go by without attending.
As it turned out the track I had gotten used to in practice had changed a lot for this race. Not only was new carpet installed, the original curbs were replaced with more solid corner markers. I'd get to know them in intricate detail through the weekend....
